By accessing or using OmniLearn ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Accounts and eligibility

Content and AI-generated output
You retain rights to content you upload, subject to the license needed to operate the Service. AI-generated summaries, courses, and responses are provided for your learning assistance; you are responsible for how you use outputs, including compliance with third-party rights and applicable laws.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, OmniLearn and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Refund Policy
Subscription refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on eligible subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied, contact us within seven (7) days of the initial purchase date for a full refund of amounts paid for that subscription period, subject to verification and abuse prevention.
After the refund window
Refunds outside the guarantee period are generally not provided unless required by law or at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Downgrades or cancellations may take effect at the end of the current billing period as described at checkout or in your account settings.
How to request a refund
Email support from the address associated with your account and include your account email and transaction details. We will confirm eligibility and process approved refunds using the original payment method where possible.
